Can I get a refund on my order?

No, all sales here at URC are final.

I made an error when entering my address. What should I do?

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address. Please contact Customer Service at urcmanagement@yahoo.com. If your order has not been shipped out, we will be able to adjust the address.

Does UniqueRarity Cosmetics ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
